Phil couldn't have been more helpful if he tried, updated me every step of the way, reliable, honest, and Phil is the best out there north of the river and I would strongly recommend getting in touch with him if your looking at selling or buying.

We were so impressed with Phil. His professionalism and knowledge of the area was great. Phil went above and beyond to help us in our difficult situation. We could contact him at anytime, and he answered all our queries.

Our experience with Brett White and team is amazing. Jordan the lead agent for Brett White has been fantastic and has looked after us from the start and we have been called or emailed by the team on each step and is always at the end of the phone when we have any questions. I would recommend Brett White to sell your home as they have a wonderful personal touch and looks after you. They make the whole process so special and smooth.

From start to finish, Phil was always on the ball, ready with local businesses to assist us along the way. Always on time, polite but straight to the point if something needed doing. Always kept us upto date with progress. From first and only viewing, we accepted an offer and six weeks later, the house is sold. Fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brett provided great market insight and advice for presenting the property. We were never left wondering what was going on, Tania provided updates the whole way through the process. Thanks team for making what could have been a stressful process a breeze!

I can't rate Demo highly enough. We were a buyer, not a seller and he looked after us so well. After looking for a house for 7 months, we met a fair few agents. And overall it was a horrible experience. We were treated with zero respect and really made to feel like 'just the buyer' in this seller's market. We would even bid, counter bid and then never hear from them again. Just too busy to do a follow-up or have the courtesy to say, you were not successful. We were losing faith. That was until we met Demo. Good, honest customer service. No smoke and mirrors, no games. A pure delight to deal with. He will always be our agent.

Shaun is very professional, communication is amazing, had very strong market knowledge, sold our house on the first home open and is always in contact no matter the time of day or night. We could not have asked for anyone better to sell our house for us. Shaun has been amazing in all aspects!

Great experience . Shaun was very good at explaining how the whole process works and kept in touch with all the steps throughout the sale. Also gave me good advice on how to prepare the house for viewing. A very good communicator and always returns calls.

We are very happy with our new home. Shaun was great right from the beginning. He was very efficient in responding to us. The open home he greeted us at the door and then was available to chat after we had a look around. He even gave us a time frame on when we would hear back if our offer was successful. That day he called me was the best news ever. From there he has offered us direction, suggestions and advice on contacts that maybe useful to us. We have not met many agents that do that. Shaun has been transparent all the way through the process. Such a great agent I would recommend to friends and family. We can honestly move into our new home knowing that all the boxes have been ticked for a great home buying experience. Thank you Shaun from a very grateful family.

Kathy Moore was very easy to deal with and very helpful through the buying process. She was happy to assist in arranging extra viewing of the property and arranging for tradespeople so we could make a few additions immediately after moving in. Thanks, Kathy for making the purchase so smooth.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Demo Foufas once again to sell my home. His knowledge of Carramar and the surrounding suburbs is excellent. I chose Demo again because of his professionalism after previously using him. He provides a thoroughly smooth service from start to finish. Nothing is ever a problem. This time his colleague Gareth was also involved and I found him to be equally as good as Demo. I can highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable agent.
