I recently bought a unit in Balcatta via Remax. The agent, Kathy Moore, was extremely helpful and answered every query and concern I had in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. Kathy kindly organised a private inspection for my family upon request and communicated with me regularly at every stage. The office admin staff were also super efficient and provided excellent customer service.

Dealing with Brett and team from start to finish has been an easy and enjoyable process in purchasing our new home. Brett and Tania in particular had direct communication and were timely and informative at all steps, from our initial enquiry, to satisfying contract conditions, and finally settlement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Brett White team to prospective sellers and buyers. Thanks so much!

Thank you to Kathy Moore and the Team at Brett White Remax. Kathy was so professional and understanding while we were selling an Estate property. Obviously it was an emotional time and there was a lot to do. Her communication was excellent and Tania was super efficient dealing with all of the documentation. It was all handled so well and the sale went through very smoothly. I'd highly recommend using Brett White's Team. Thank you so much for helping us through such a challenging time.

I was well informed of market influences at every step of the way. The sale proceeded inline with expectations and was very much a smooth transaction. Living on the other side of Australia this meant peace of mind throughout the sale process for which I am very grateful. Cristina did an excellent job.

We had a great experience with Cristina and Remax. She was on the ball with market insights and what we needed to do to make our property the best that it can be to be sold for the best price. She helped us go beyond what we were intending with great marketing campaigns and suggesting that we stage the property. They were great ideas and definitely made a difference. Cristina always called us after every show home to give us the run down of the viewing, always keeping on top of things that would help keep the property neat and presentable when it was open for viewing, even cleaning areas and water testing windows, Cristina went well beyond what was expected. She was also so helpful during the negotiations, we always felt that she was positively guiding us through the process. The experience was relatively stress free, the Brett White team looked after us so well and Id recommend them to all my family and friends who are selling their properties.

My experience with Christina and Tania at Remax was very positive. I found that unlike most real estate agents they were transparent and honest.
