Phil and his team went above and beyond when it came to selling my property! They guided me every step of the way on what I needed to do to get the property ready for market and were always on the other end of the phone when I needed help or guidance. When Phil appraised my house I didn’t think that price was possible but he blew it out of the water with a massive home open and plenty of offers over asking price. Phil and his team weren't afraid to give a helping hand and had many trades at the ready when I needed them. Phil was reliable, efficient and accommodating, I can not thank him enough for making a complicated sale go so smoothly! There’s no one else I would choose to sell any future properties and I can not recommend the team enough!

Phil was extremely inviting and happy to accomodate us even though we had arrived at the end of the home open. He always answered any and all questions promptly wether on call or text message and we felt as though he was always advocating for us. Communication was great at all times and Josh did an excellent job making sure our home was ready to move into. The whole team at ReMax was awesome. Our experience buying our first home was smooth and enjoyable and we could not recommend Phil and the ReMax team more. We thank them all for all of their hard work and efforts.

What can we say words cannot describe what happened we signed the papers to sell the house and even before the photo shoot it was sold. Phil went out of his way with every thing even out of his pocket to pay a gardener to tidy the garden up. Phil is a very friendly and compassionate man . He is still in touch with us and his team who are also fantastic.

Phil Wiltshire is the consummate professional realtor. Five stars are not enough, he deserves 100 stars. We purchased the home in Alkimos a year ago, through him.
