Shaun is a very capable Real Estate Agent. His experience and understanding of the industry allowed him to sell my property for the maximum return in the market. I would highly recommend Shaun as he always gave me customer feedback until the property was sold to a cash buyer. I will use Shaun again after I complete the construction of my investment property in Quinn's Rock in the coming year. Thanks Shaun once again selling my property, keep on keeping on mate!

I was recommended to Phil Wiltshire and from that moment never looked back, never questioned my decision of who I wanted to sell my property. From our first contact he gave fair and honest feedback. His job was to get the best price for your house. I wasn't quite ready to go to market as we wanted to make sure the house was ready for viewing. A fresh pair of eyes came through in Phil, were we ready...YES so, we signed up to sell, he had wonderful marketing ideas for getting the property out there. Phil is local northern suburbs which made it so easy for contact and access to the property. Next words where... You have an offer!! What? We havent hit the market We were very happy with our price that Phil negotiated for us. Since then, the journey has been seamless. Phil and his wonderful team have made it so easy, very professional. I highly recommend and would use again

Phil and his team were amazing and made buying our new home an absolute breeze ! As soon as I walked into the home Phil was very welcoming, had great energy and so polite ! Phil and his team were more than helpful with any assistance we required throughout the whole process from the home open to after settlement. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or had too many questions…. and trust me, I asked a lot 😂 We received weekly updates from their admin team which was very helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress and anything required from our end. If you want an attentive friendly team who feel like family…. I highly recommended Phil and his team. I will definitively use Phil in future when we are ready to move on to our dream home. 10 stars for this amazing team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
