I found Shaun to be very personable and appeared to have my best interests at heart. From the first meeting Shaun showed passion and knowledge in everything related to Real Estate. He kept in constant contact to advise how things were going from home open feedback to internet activity. I also dealt with Kathy from the same office while Shaun took some leave. I can honestly say the service received from both of them was outstanding, I felt informed every step of the way and they answered all my questions throughout the whole process (and there were a lot !! ) with professionalism and expertise. Right from the beginning when we were choosing an agent, Kathy stood out as interested in what we wanted and how we could achieve that together, and always made us feel confident and comfortable. She contacted us regularly (a couple of times a week or more) she followed up with queries and items that needed attention. The property we sold was a rental property so Kathy liaised with the property manager to facilitate both the sale and the vacating of the house in a timely manner. The fees charged by the Agency were very reasonable especially considering the service level. Would recommend Kathy Moore (Brett White) to sell your property.

Selling my first property (which happened to have tenants for a further 6 months) I was unsure how best to proceed. I emailed different agents selling in the Butler area with a few questions and Phil was the agent who answered my questions and who seemed the most honest.
