Great agent to deal with. Contacted Demo when I first saw the property and he did what he could to get me a private viewing the very next day. I submitted an offer, he put it to the sellers immediately who agreed by the close of business that day. Demo put me in touch with a settlement agent and building inspector and outlined the steps I needed to make as a buyer and what deadline to work to. If i ever had issues or questions, Demo was alway available to help or would call back as soon as possible.
