Up until recently no proper supervision or inspection of repairs has been visible, resulting in poor workmanship. Also, some items that should have been picked up after tenants vacated have been left unrepaired, even if the funds were taken from the bond. Remax is more expensive than some other property managements so we expected better management of our property. The manager in the past month has been more responsive, however we have been heavily involved getting the property independently inspected to ensure things are being addressed adequately.

I requested additional time to complete the inspection report due to the extremely poor condition of the property. The agent ignored my requests and has done nothing to deal with the disgusting and filthy condition of the home. I had to contact consumer affairs to take legal action, all of this before even moving into the home. Customer service is clearly not part of the service in renting a property.
