It was all a very quick handover and although the standard of cleanliness was very poor, it’s a small price to pay to move as quickly as we both needed to. Cannot fault the follow up hourly about when money was transferred (considering it fell over into a public holiday) and I still heard from Bryleigh giving me ups dates then confirmation
