So far it has been a good experience though I had issues with tenants breaking lease and the house taking 2 months to get another tenant during a phase of high demand for houses.However the agents were good in communicating what was happening.

We have an investment property which needed a good clean up before it could be put on the market. Sarah is so efficient, extremely professional, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. She always answered my calls or emails promptly. I never had to follow up with her on any job, she kept me updated all the time with the progress of the clean up. When the property was put on the market, I was informed immediately of the interest and how many people inspected the property and how many applications were submitted. The screening of tenants by her was done within 48 hours and she found us a suitable tenant not long after the property went to market.
