Great Agency
I have dealt with many agents in my time and I have found RE/MAX to be extremely good and professional. My property manager is a delight to work with and any maintenance issues I have are tended to immediately.

Always friendly and approachable
Quite happy with how quick and easy it is to apply for rental properties with remax, and extremely happy with how quick I got a response, quite a few houses I applied for the company didn’t even call me back or text at all to update me. Real estate reps are all very helpful and friendly which makes signing a lease with them an easy choice 👍🏽

Some positives, Some negatives
The response times are very slow. I worry that our tenant has the same experience. I would hate our tenant to think that the landlord is always slow in getting things done when the control is in the agent's hands. It's been very frustrating. We are currently bound by an agreement so we are unable to change agents until the contract expires. On a positive note, the inspection reports are quite thorough.

Very Happy
I'd just like to say that my property manager (Shan) and the team at Remax Extreme in Currambine have done an excellent job in managing my property for the past year and I can highly recommend their services. Communication is and always has been good and they are keen to assist when I have problems to sort out. They even saved me money.
