Julie has been great at managing maintennance on all three of my properties. Items are always fixed quickly with notice of quotes coming through for approval and completion emails after work is complete. I have always had tenants taking up vacant houses within 1-6 weeks in a tough market. Julie has given good advice on tenant personalities ,suburban competition regarding vacancies and weekly rents. I enjoy our chats over the phone and the honesty that I hear when we speak. Go Julie you're the goods.

Our Property Manager Julie Murphy goes above and beyond in everything she does for us. She is professional in all her dealings with our tenants and keeps us informed at all times . She has managed some very difficult tenants, has excellent people skills and makes sure our properties are always kept in good condition. Remax is managing my 2 properties. They do regular inspections and arrange required maintenance/repairs on time. Their fees and repair/maintenance costs are towards low end in the market while the quality is very good. I would recommend the agent strongly. They good care of my properties. i live abroad for work now, but i have no worries about houses and have peace of mind.
