Finding a good Real Estate agent is as stressful as finding a good Dentist. You have no idea how to do their job so you need to put full trust in everything they do! I haven't found a good dentist yet but I have found an amazing real estate agent in Paul.... The process was smooth and painless. We sold out house at the very first home open and we sold for more than we had expected. The little fixes and advice Paul provided including the amazing photographer he recommended all made this process and exciting and very successful venture. Upon entering the property we were greeted with a brochure and some additional information from Phil regarding the various amenities. After the initial introduction we were left to peruse the property at our leisure. Having submitted an expression of interest not long after leaving the viewing, Phil contacted me the same day so we could arrange to continue with a more formal offer to the seller. (Which he took back to the seller later that same day) This resulted in Phil announcing the sellers acceptance later that evening which was an extremely welcome surprise, I had never imagined it could be or would be this seamless. Couldn't be happier so far!
