We knew we wanted Demo to sell our house before we even contacted him as we had observed his top results in our area. After we engaged him he didn’t disappoint and continued to impress us the whole way through. Nothing was too much trouble and he always two steps ahead of everyone so our experience was top class. Thanks Demo.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil to secure the desired outcome for the sale of my home. Phil was up front and genuine from the moment I met with him and made the whole process very easy. Thanks Phil & Team, I’ll be recommending you to anyone wanting to sell or buy in the future!

I was impressed with the faster than expected sale of a unique unit. The marketing was exceptional with inspiring photos and ad text targeting prospective buyers. Phil and Josh go the extra mile. They helped with ideas to stage the property, distributing sale flyers in the vicinity and kept me informed along the way. I used Phil and Josh, as together they sold my house earlier in the year after a few hours exposure on the website for a price above my expectations.

I bought my land through Paul then when I decided to sell my house, I contacted him as I was so impressed with my purchase experience. He did not let me down and my selling experience was fabulous. Paul is true to his word, reliable, timely, dependable, trustworthy and a great communicator. My house was under contract in less than a week. Highly recommend Paul.

We bought a property in Quinn rocks while we where in Sydney. Words cannot explain the help and expertise Shaun brought to the table. The only agent we have dealt with that is honest, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Shaun personally when out of his way to help us complete the process of inspections (which he did himself for us) put us in contact with settlement agent, pest control inspection, pool inspection and structural inspection. Our honest opinion ONLY speak and deal with Shaun Hayes.

If you want a realestate agent that is 100% honest and puts you first over their own interest, then look no further! Demo has been fantastic from day one, he always keeps you informed of what is going on and goes well over and above what I would have expected.. we have used and consulted other agents, all bar none have only been interested in what they want, not what we wanted. If you want the best outcome for your sale or purchase, do not go anywhere else!!

Absolutely awesome experience with Demo and Gareth. Right from the first meeting we knew we had found the right agent with the right energy, commitment and understanding of the market. Both were always on hand to answer any questions regardless of the time of day/night. A service unparalleled by other agents. Demo’s contacts and trusted third parties really make an outstanding difference from the amazing photos to the smooth and effective settlement agent. Team Demo came together and they blew us away. A team and experience unmatched by anyone else on the market!

We have just bought a property listed by Demo and he has been incredibly amazing to deal with. Communication, timeliness of responses and information shared has been nothing short of fantastic and we couldn't have had a better experience with purchasing our new home. The approach that has been taken in our experience is incredible and more relationship than sale driven, ensuring terms and timeframes suited all involved. Thanks so much to Demo and the team - we are certainly interested in hiring you to sell our apartment and would have no hesitation to recommend you.
