We are first home buyers and had no idea what to expect when dealing with real estate agents. Shaun was absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with, all the information was given to us clearly and we felt like we could have a conversation with him, he wasn’t pushy like some people can be it made us feel at ease with the process.

After building a rapport with Shaun when he was the agent who sold us our 2nd home, we then needed to sell our 1st home and the choice was easy, Shaun would be the man to sell it! Shaun is a friendly salesperson who is very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to his work. From home opens in rain, hail or shine to knowing the ins and outs of the property market, we would highly recommend Shaun to anyone considering selling their home!

Very knowledgeable of the area and ensured our purchase went through as smooth as possible. Even rang us whilst on holiday to ensure our move went forward without any hitches. Would highly recommend Phil and his team.

Demo made purchasing my home the easiest process.

Being a buyer, I didnt have really expect much from Demo, as he's "not my agent." But he certainly proved me wrong. Buyer or Seller, Demo is there for you 100%, and will bend over backwards to prove it. He's everybody's agent. Highly recomended.

Excellent Agent Shaun was excellent from start to finish. He gave us plenty of advice on how to prepare the home. He advertised it really well and achieved a price way above our expectations after just the one home open. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking to sell their house.

Purchased a house from Brett, and whilst I know he is acting for the seller (and rightly so), he was fair and reasonable to deal with and supportive during the purchasing process. Would be someone I would talk to about selling the property should I ever go down that route.

Our first purchase for a property in WA was quick and easy under Cristina Botha and with assistance from Tanya Varady. Cristina was easy to talk to, prompt and accommodating. Tanya showed good support of the process and provided constant email updates. I would highly recommend Brett White as the agent to assist you with your property plans.
