We started our process with Phil and his team pre-covid however we chose to place our sale on hold once this hit as was unsure how the market or how our current lives would continue with the market, home opens and peoples jobs. However in January 2021 we contacted Phil and took up where we left off. Phil and his team were so amazing over this period of time. They allowed us to control how our home opens would be and in a way we could continue our lives with minimal disruption. I would use Phil again if I was to see a property and recommend him to any friend or family looked to sell or buy. His knowledge of the area and properties made us achieve the best results possible for our sale. We first met Phil 3 years ago when we went to view a property. I generally find dealings with sales people quite stressful as so many are so pushy and tell you whatever they need to in order to get a sale. As soon as we met Phil we knew he was very different. He was completely honest with questions we asked (that we already knew the answers to!) and he made us feel so at ease. We signed for the house that day and have been friends ever since! We have kept in contact with him the throughout those three years. When we decided to put our house on the market, there wasn’t any question about who we were going to use! He did an amazing job and sold our house within a couple of days when it went on the market. We will be using Phil when we want to buy our next property without a doubt. He has taken so much time to get to know us over the years that he knows exactly what we would want in our next house without even having to ask us. I’m definitely a hard one to win over but Phil is a genuinely decent guy who will do what’s best for you, not for his pocket! Would give him ten stars if we could!
