There are two sides to a review. Initially agent was helpful. When settlement was due in lockdown I was told it must happen as buyer would be homeless and no care that seller has children and a grandchild who were going to be homeless. After contacting REIWA re settlement no movement during lockdown.

We were building our new home and undecided whether to rent or sell our current home. We decided to get a market appraisal done, then make a decision. I did a bit of research and Phil was clearly the estate agent of choice in the Butler area, he pretty much dominated the market. During our initial meeting Phil was honest about the changes he’d make to the house in order to maximize the sale potential. We discussed our price point, again, with his honest appraisal, then he gave us a list of potential changes and a list of local providers who could help us then gave us time to make our decision. We incorporated all his suggestions (e.g. de clutter, add some plants, in our case, new carpets throughout etc.) We decided as a team to market it at our ideal price point and see how we went. Our home sold after 5 days with no home opens. Within one week of being listed online, it was under offer at our ideal price point.
