Folks if you want to sell your house in the Butler area Phil is your man, he informed us on day one what he thought we should sell for, we thought around that mark as well and it sold for that on the exact amount. The service was impeccable from day one to selling which was only 3 weeks by the way. He suggested to us a list of changes, we made of the 9/10 changes, and wow, sold. Could not have got a better agent, I tried 2 previous agents, not from Remax and nothing happened over a 6 month period.
