I was very nervous about putting my house on the market given the World wide pandemic and genral sentiment. The decision to sell was a last minute idea as I was leaning towards renting the house out because of all the negatie sentiment. None the less, I contacted Paul and he and I saw eye to eye from day 1. He went ahead to list the house after getting the most beautiful photos taken by a phtographer they use. Those first impression when looking for a house online would defintely have helped us. The house was listed late Thursday night and Paul had 3 private viewings the Friday afternoon and again the Saturday, well before the official home open on the Sunday. The home open on the Sunday attracted a large number of viewers despite the massive storms that hit Perth. Monday Paul had offeres for us to sign off on. It was a massive relief to have sold the house so quickly and I could not have been any happier with the massive contribution and honesty that Paul potrayed. Communication lines were open at all times and i was informed of all the moves continously. If you want to deal with some one that's totaly sincere, honest and know's the realestate business then i suggest you contact Paul.

We have seen Phil around Butler and clearly he is one of the best in the business so got him to jump on board to sell our family home. From the initial meeting Phil and Josh have made this experience so easy and have a world of knowledge or the areas and what homes are selling for. There has been a few difficult times going on in the world so the matterport helped out when homes opens were temporarily closed. Even in these tough times and all the hard work that was put in Phil managed to get what we were after. Cannot recommend him any higher to anyone looking to sell their home.

Phil has been so professional, heart warming, and went to all out lengths to make my sale of my property happen. Phil is about people first and not the dollar. You can tell that he loves his job, but foremost he loves people. I think that is why it just made it so easy for me to sell my home. I felt no pressure from Phil example (I was running late with a couple of home opens). But I felt he kept it about me the seller, as much as buyers were at the door, he kept me calm. As we all know getting a home ready for viewing is a lot of pressure! I would just like to say Phil, you are one nice man, with respect from not just me, but people that see you and recognise you when I have been in your company.
