It's an overlooked skill but what sets Shaun apart from the real estate agent pack is his ability to match the right buyer with the right property. He can see the opportunities in every house that he's taking to market and doesn't pigeon-hole a house with the standard blah blah blurb. Then by asking prospective buyers the right questions he makes the right connections. Not only did I get an offer in the first 6 weeks, but it was genuine and sailed through without any dramas at all. Especially in today's market that peace of mind is worth everything. He knows what he's talking about and he knows what he's doing. He's the best real estate agent to sell a house.

As with all Prime Project properties that we have sold in the past; this property has some underlying structural issues that we had to get resolved prior to the sale of the property. The buyers have since added an alfreso and made this little rental into a quality home.

We made the mistake of signing up with Steve Kelly from the Professionals to sell our home. 4 months later it was not sold, and hardly any people coming to the home opens. Then we changed over to Phil's team. My biggest regret was not getting him to sell the house from day 1. He had a different approach to the sales/marketing process, really thought about who the potential buyers would be, did small/cost effective changes to the house to make it appealing to the target buyer and worked really hard to get buyers to come to the home opens. Phil in 1 month got more people to attend the home opens than the previous 4 months combine with the other rubbish agent. He had a good cost effective network to do various maintenance tasks and he runs a very good team with his assistant Josh Curtis, who was also fabulous to deal with. When it came to the negotiation he went over and above to get a result for us. Phil also had continuous contact throughout the sales process. Do yourself a favour and dont waste any time with some of the other rubbish agents out there. I only later found out why he has sold the most homes in Butler. Read this reveiw and pick him as your agent from the start and expect a good result - but you also have to have the same commitment to sell the house.

We met with 3 different agents and Phil easily stood out as the most knowledgeable, committed and honest agent by far. Right from the first meeting, Phil was advising us on all the things we should do to make our property the most desirable on the market. Phil discussed options for our marketing strategy and which way he thought would be best to tackle the sale in such a tricky market along with improvements we could make to increase our sale price. Then we had both Phil and Josh out completing paperwork and ensuring we were aware of every step of the process. Both were very positive and we were left feeling in very competent hands looking forward to our photo shoot. I couldn’t even begin to imagine everything that was involved with the photo shoot. Phil and Josh were moving from room to room getting every last thing in the perfect place ready for the photographer. This is when their passion for their job really showed. The photos were amazing along with the write-up. After three home opens we got our asking price and couldn’t have been happier. During the whole process Phil always kept us up to date, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
