Cheers to Brett, Jess and his team selling 2 properties for me one after the other. Honestly - it was amazing service - all hours - great advice. We setup staging furniture on Brett's advice which i think really worked in our favour for selling the rental properties. Their effort in qualifying buyers and checking their purchasing/finance background was amazing as it meant we could negotiate with the right people and not waste time on a deal falling over - something we hadn't considered the importance of. With their advice we priced right, had lots of traffic and got a good result. We initially listed our property with Grange, which was a painful and expensive experience. But as soon as we changed our agent to Kathy, we realized how good a real estate agent can be. Kathy helped us without putting slight pressure on us. Unlike Grange agent, who was dominating all the time, she was lovely, friendly and honest. In addition (again unlike Grange agent), there wasn't heavy marketing fees, in fact there wasn't at all. We would recommend Kathy to anyone who want to put their entire trust on the agent to get them the best results. In this journey we realized that, even if you don't get the price that you were chasing, having the good and honest agent is the most important part of the selling. Kathy, took all the pain in positive marketing and also keeping us appraised whenever it was necessary, even during our holidays.

We were over the moon with the whole sales process. We were kept up to date every step of the way, and felt we could be honest and open with Brett and got same back in return. Photographs were very professional and Jess was always there to answer any questions if Brett wasn't available which wasn't very often. We recently purchased a new family home and have been very impressed by Phil and Josh. When we walked into the property we were shown around and they were very knowledgeable about all the little features of the home. They chatted and made us feel welcome at the home open even though there were several other people looking around. They checked if we had questions or wanted additional info. Every time I have called or emailed I have had very quick responses and was always called back within the hour if I had to leave a message no matter what time I called. Even a month after settlement has been completed, they are still happy to help when I call with any queries or issues we have. Phil went above and beyond to help us get the house we loved when we ran into a few road bumps along the way and we appreciate that so much. Great market knowledge and would fully recommend Phil.
