When I was looking for someone to market my property I noted that Phil Wiltshire had many property listings in Butler and adjacent suburbs. More interesting was the fact that many of the properties listed came "Under Offer" within a relatively short time. I concluded that this 'guy' must know what he is doing. At the same time I recieved a brochure from Phil in the mail which gave a quite detailed overview about the way in which he goes about Appraising and Implementing a Marketing Strategy for each individual Clients Property. I contacted Phil .... and even at our first meeting .... he came well prepared with both histoical and current Sales Evidence. He carried out a thorough inspection of my home and made some suggestions as to how best I could make improvements to maximize the potential of a good result . We discussed pricing and possible marketing options. I told Phil I was interested and he suggested we meet again in a few days when he would present me with a detailed Marketing Proposal specifically tailored to my property. I implemented the improvements recommend by Phil and over the following weeks he went about marketing my home and very soon he presented me with a good 'Offer' which was quite close to our agreed 'asking price' The finalisation of the sale went without a hitch. I made contact with Phil whilst I was looking to buy my new home. This was my first house, so I was very excited, but also nervous, as I unfamiliar with the process.
