I have dealt with Phil on a social contact when he sold my son’s house and he came over as a very honest person. When it came to selling my house I went straight to him. Phil told me exactly what I had to do to prepare the house for sale. Phil knew what price I wanted although he was first a little nervous about it he said we give it a go. It came on the market on a Thursday and at the first open it was sold far above the price that I wanted. Phil you are my champion. Not only is Kathy the most amazing person to deal with but she is even more amazing at her job. She takes every last bit of pain and effort out of the process and finds / sources the most incredible properties and buyers . Her professional approach to every tiny detail is unequalled and she makes the process so fun and easy thst I have been literally buying and selling properties with her as easily as clothes shopping these days .
