Having bought and sold many properties over the years, we have a fair idea of what you can and should expect from a capable agent. As very recent arrivals in WA, the purchasing process was some what of a mystery for us. This meant we had many questions to ask. Demo answered all our questions and more. He facilitated bringing the vendors and ourselves to reaching common ground. He was upfront about the property and what would make the vendors tick. We are very happy with the process so far and Demo has kept in touch when necessary. He was happy to recommend inspectors who promptly delivered comprehensive reports at an affordable price. Demo was fantastic, we have been looking to buy in WA for so long and he was the first agent to actually write down our details and keep us informed throughout the whole process (this was not the first EOI or offer we made on a property in Perth). After dealing with so many agents who couldn’t give us the time of days as buyers, we know that if we ever decide to sell in the future we will ONLY use Demo in WA due to his communication skills and making sure he gets in touch with every buyer.
