Demo was fantastic, we have been looking to buy in WA for so long and he was the first agent to actually write down our details and keep us informed throughout the whole process (this was not the first EOI or offer we made on a property in Perth). After dealing with so many agents who couldn’t give us the time of days as buyers, we know that if we ever decide to sell in the future we will ONLY use Demo in WA due to his communication skills and making sure he gets in touch with every buyer. If you are looking to sell your home and want the BEST working in your corner get in contact with Phil. Before meeting Phil we had met with a few other estate agents over the years, but Phil was the only one who pulled up a chair at our dining room table to listen to our storey. He sat for well over an hour listening to why we were looking to possibly sell and where we hoped to move to. Phil was the first estate agent to give us a very clear idea of how the market works and what's realistic. He walked around our whole house giving us advise on what we could do to get the best sale price, we of course took all his advice and he 100% delivered on the best sale price we could ever have imagined!!! Phil is truly amazing at his job, the biggest standout for me working with Phil was I let him know how emotionally attached I was to the home we were selling; it was mine and my husband's first ever home we had ever bought together and the home we brought both our little girls up in, Phil was so epithetic to this and made the whole process easier. We honestly cannot sing Phil's praises enough and without a doubt would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home, you will not be disappointed, he is the best!!

We were selling our investment property, we are based in Canberra and Phil is in Butler and he went above and beyond to make the property sale as smooth for us as possible. Most importantly to us, he treated the tenants with respect, understanding that with a new baby they were not in a position to keep the property up to its usual standard - he organised gardening and helped the tenant tidy and showed her the respect she deserved having her home sold. Thanks to Phil’s market knowledge and contacts, we did not need to go to market, he found a buyer through his existing contacts, and when they indicated they were buying for an investment, he negotiated keeping our existing excellent tenants in place. At every stage to the sale Phil and his colleague Tiegan kept us up to date with progress of the sale and we were really appreciated the process they had in place to keep us in the loop. We cannot recommend Phil and his services as a property agent highly enough.
