After having the misfortune of working with some of the other RE agents in the area, who frequently came across as aloof, arrogant and dishonest, I was lucky enough to run across Liam. Very open, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Liam was able to support and assist with his knowledge and personal experience while maintaining his integrity, being honest and not making any false promises. Thanks to Liam's transparency and honesty, we are extremely happy with our purchase and we feel very lucky. I am personally surprised how much of a difference it makes to our overall satisfaction with the purchase. Would definitely recommend working with Liam if you have the opportunity as it seriously changed our experience from very negative (with a lasting poor impression of RE agents in Brisbane) to very positive. I still believe Liam is probably an outlier and that the unmitigated, unfounded arrogance that I saw displayed in most other RE agents in the area is the norm. Would use again, would have serious reservations about using anyone else.
