Matt handled a few hiccups along the way regarding a sensitive situation with a tenant, responsibly and extremely well. My opinion is that Matt could handle any problem or situation thrown at him. I found Matt extremely helpful from when I first made an enquiry with him. He went out of his way to organise a viewing when I wasn't available for the open home. When I asked Matt Roffe to come and view a deceased estate unit in fairly bad conditions, including serious mould, he didn't hesitate. I asked his advice on whether to spent money on it or just put it to market, Matt was definitive and had no hesitation in advising I should sell as is. His confidence that I could get a good result was very reassuring. He was very up front with a plan to sell and executed this perfectly. Matt handled all the cleaning, photos and inspections without any fuss and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Auction day arrived and he was excellent at taking me through the process for the day. I was very pleased with the result as it exceeded my expectations and Matt's guidance on price was very accurate.
