Extremely Helpful and Proactive
We had a great experience purchasing a property with Matt as the vendor’s agent. He was extremely helpful in running us through the process as a first home buyer. He provided updates and feedback daily which helped ease any nerves. Matt did such a great job that we decided to ask him to manage the tenant for our property and hope we get the opportunity to engage in the property market through Matt in the future.

A true professional
Matt is great to deal with, not only does he have ample knowledge of the market in our area he is very approachable as well. He would send us detailed weekly reports of the enquiries received and potential buyers interested in our property. His response time to any enquiries was always very quick which made us feel very reassured throughout the selling process.

One bedroom unit Breakfast Point
Matt was so great to work with. The best thing about Matt is he's open, honest and fair which can be rare in an agent. He got an amazing price for my unit in Breakfast Point and delivered it in a quick time frame which was so helpful as I'd already bought elsewhere. I really couldn't fault him and I'm a very fussy person, I will work with him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
