Very professional sincere real estate agent
Matt was very professional throughout; communication was regular either via phone or email.We believe he estimated the price well however the heritage listing proved to be a hindrance with a couple of good offers falling through because of it. He remained positive throughout and held firm. We would recommend Matt to any prospective vendors.

Highly professional. Great experience.
We had an excellent experience working with Matt. He was extremely professional, gave us detailed guidance and kept us thoroughly informed throughout the whole sale process.
