I have had cause to deal with a number of real estate agents over the years, none that I would subsequently recommend. Matt however turned out to be in a totally different class - professional throughout the entire process. The outgoing tenant left the apartment in a deplorable state and being interstate myself Matt willingly arranged removal of the debris (truck loads) and the steam cleaning of the apartment before being able to place it on the market.. His communication throughout was excellent and he quickly achieved a sale price above all estimates. I have no reservation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property.
