It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Chris Wease. We first approached Chris in 2018 to help us sell our house in Webb lane Woodford as we had heard from others that he was an exceptional salesman and had achieved the status of being in the ‘Captains Club’ due to his sales and professionalism. We certainly were not disappointed. It was quickly obvious that he had an extensive knowledge of the local area and what we could expect to get for our house. At no point did he try to persuade us in any way as to what we should do, but simply gave general advice based on his experience. Our was under contract within 2 weeks. We recently engaged Chris a second time to sell our house on the outskirts of Woodford and were amazed at the speed at which everything happened. He employed someone to make a video of our house and photos also appeared on 3 pages of the local paper including the front page. We were delighted when an exceptional offer was made only 2 days after it was listed which we accepted. I can’t recommend Chris enough to anyone that is interested in selling their house. His professionalism, knowledge and honesty are an absolute credit to him.
