a pleasure to be associated with a true professional and associate
Terry is a true NO BS person. He knows what he is about, and does what he says. This is unlike every other agent I have met in an effort to sell our home. Terry got more than what we expected; other agents always, yes always, tried to talk us down down down, but Terry, knowing "How to sell' and being a true professional, did a mighty fine job in realizing our dream sale.

Had the nicest experience when buying our property through Terry
Nothing was an inconvenience for Terry worked around our schedule and allowed several visits to the property pre purchase and after to allow measuring of space etc as the house was empty went as far as maintaining the lawn also. Would not hesitate to use him for future sale and purchase of property. Highly recommend

Terry was a great Agent, knew exactly what the market was all about and the process was seamless!
Dealing with Terry is like writing your own best seller! From the start he was optimistic and went above and beyond. Had the advertising sorted, knew exactly what his Clients on his books wanted and who to market to! Within 2 weeks from advertising to 1st open house it was sold! Terry sold during the difficult time of COVID
Terry and Deb came to our place for an appraisal at the end of March just as the reality of COVID-19 was sinking in. We immediately felt at ease with them as a team and listed with him the same day. We recollect that we only were only able to only have one open house before the COVID restrictions came into place. Terry never gave up on us and worked tirelessly to get a result. We both admire his work ethic, market knowledge and professionalism.

Couldn't ask for a better agent.
Having Greg as our agent made our purchase stress free. He was only a phone call or email away whenever we had questions. Buying a block of land was new to us but Greg new what he was talking about, directed us along the way and gave us regular updates, we weren't having to chase him for information. He really went above and beyond for us! We honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent.
