When Tim first called on us he did not come in with a load of charm. just a normal entrance which gave me a feeling that he was an honest person and not going to give us a load of rubbish in trying to sell our house. We had a long talk with him before we got down to the actual details about the house, which made us feel more confident about him. The price he said we should get was about spot on when sold. On the five days before it was sold he called in to tell us how it was going, making us feel that we had chosen the right person. If we had any problems concerning with selling he was around straight away. Tim use to call in for a just a chat, in fact he ended up more as a friend than a Real Estate Agent. The first thing out of the three the Agencies that were sent to me was Tims face it was a pleasant honest smile he had.
