Review - Tim Facy
Tim was very easy to deal with, he has an extensive knowledge of the local market. He was always prompt to meetings or inspections and nothing was ever a problem for him. Calls were always returned as soon as possible and he was always happy to communicate with the buyers on our behalf. We would be more than happy to use Tim's services again, and have actually referred his services to friends who have just listed with him as well.

Easy smooth process
I highly recommend Tim. Having brought and sold many properties, I found Tim very down to earth and easy to deal with. He was not pushy and was honest through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim to anyone buying or selling.

Honest & Efficient
Tim was upfront at the appraisal and gave a accurate insight into the current market. Tim was flexible when it came to meeting on weekends and showing buyers through. He was able to do everything electronically as I was not local at the time of the sale and achieved the sale price I was happy with. Tim was easy to talk to and available when required. No complaints!

Amazing experience
We looked at a couple of properties with Chris and very quickly he was able to understand our needs and desires and found us the PERFECT property. His manner was always professional but relaxed and he was able to answer all our questions and assist us through the process with minimal stress. We hope this is our "forever" home, but should we have a need to deal with a Real Estate Agent again, we would choose Chris without any hesitation whatsoever.
