You couldn't ask for a better agent than George! As a buyer in 2019, he listed a wonderful house and invited me for a private viewing knowing it was exactly what I had been looking for. Because of this, it meant I was able to put an offer on before the first open inspection. He has so much local knowledge, in real estate as well as local businesses and general knowledge of the area. He works 24/7 and always replies to messages so quickly, on any day at any time. Because I was so happy with George's service and his genuine personality, when it came to selling my property earlier this year, I had no hesitation in asking George to list for me. We had one open home and the house was under contract in 2 days at a price well over our asking. George made sure every little thing was done so that the deal wouldnt have any speed bumps, keeping both me (the seller) and the buyer happy at all costs.
