Karyn knows the local market, listened to us, and came with a ball park figure and the reasons why. Her marketing plan was awesome and includes social media- with proven data to back up the decision making. Marketing was included in her commission, which was extremely reasonable, and of a sliding scale according to the sale price. Communication with both us and the buyer, I believe, was outstanding. From suggestions for pre market house improvements (minimal suggested), to staging advice, which we ran with and did our own- she was fabulous. Always contactable, supportive and down to earth with very clear written and verbal communication. Had previous interaction with another local agent, but Karyn surpassed in every way. Both of us were extremely pleased in every way with Karyn as agent. Our house sold within a week, and her post sale communication was also excellent. I don't think you would find a more competent agent.
