Adriaan was fantastic throughout the process. Allowed me a private viewing so I could place an offer. Was honest about the process and market, and very quick to respond and share important info as we moved through the purchasing process. Thanks again for your help Adriaan!

I found Tristan to be very knowledgeable about the property market giving great advice & achieving an excellent price in a short time frame. I have no hesitation in recommending Tristan & his Remax team to sell your property. I will definitely be using them again.

We were extremely happy with Adriaan as our agent. He was professional and great with his communication. He came across as very down to earth and seemed very fair in his dealing with both us as the seller and with buyers. We would definitely recommend him!

Key takeaways for me was Tristan understands the local Market Well, new when and how to sell my Property, and buyers to target. After I was willing to accept the first offers made, Tristan advised me he could do a lot better so we rejected the first lot of interest and chased down a better result, leading me to a sale of 70 k more then I expected in the current market. Smooth and fast sale, certainly new how to put pressure on the potential buyers for a quick result. I’m trying to find future projects in Tristan’s area just so I can maintain a relationship for the future An easy 5 stars from me

Gillian was extremely knowledgeable of everything real estate in the area. Because of that she was able to provide fantastic advice right throughout the sale process - including accurate comparison pricing, presentation tips and marketing strategy. She even lent us some of her own indoor pot plants to help with staging the property. Gillian's communication throughout the process was exceptional, particularly as we were overseas for much of the time. We couldn't be happier with the result!
