Not your typical pushy salesman
Richard originally sold us the property and kept in touch over the years we held it. He was always up to date with the market and not your typical pushy salesman. When it came time to selling he was aware of the local market and offered great advice and achieved a higher than expected offer.

Richard's knowledge of the area and competing products available was accurate. He was fair and respectful when advising me what price would be achievable. Because I live in NSW Richard went beyond the call of duty with assisting the exit of tenants and preparation of the property for sale I cannot recommend him highly enough. A true gentleman.

Professional and informative
To our surprise and not quite ready to have the property on the market. Had a phone call from Isaac, nice to chat with, no pressure. Given time to collect our thoughts. Met at the property with Isaac and Adriaan, expecting to be pointed out the "Need to do list" Quite the contrary the opposite, kind and positive attitude with encouragement to an achievable outcome. Very responsive and accommodating
Garren was fabulous from the get go. He was very responsive and accommodating to organise an inspection for us. At the inspection he was very easy going and friendly, didn’t bother us and gave us a great overview of the property. As soon as we wanted to put an offer in Garren communicated with us every step of the way and was great with answering all our questions and concerns. The whole process from contract to settlement with Garren has been a breeze. Highly recommend!
