He was friendly, open, honest, very positive and encouraging. * He strove for the best price for me and never lost sight of his task to sell my property to my best advantage. * He communicated smoothly with my tenant who could have been difficult. * He worked very well across all professional (legals, rental agency, myself), taking the pressure off me as at times I was caught up and way from the Coast. * He was very persistent, putting in the hours and the yards, including regular open houses. * I found Richard to be a delightful and professional person to work with.
