What we valued mostly about Lindi is she contacted us personally every week and after every open house by phone. We had been with a previous real estate who sent us an email with figures on that meant very little to us. Lindi talked about the people who inspected the house and what their comments were. She new we needed to sell as the house was costing us the repayments every month without a tenant in it and so she always gave advice without being pushy. We really appreciated her calm and reassurance.

We did a lot of research into finding an agent that would get us the best result. We chose Karl because he continually achieved high sale prices in Little Mountain over 2 year period. Karl gave us a price that he felt he could achieve. His estimate was a little higher than our own research told us we could sell our house for.
