I first met Richard when I asked for an appraisal on my house. He spent no less than 3 hours with me, discussing the market at the moment, showing comparable houses to mine, thoroughly going through the process he takes to sell houses, and how he communicates to sellers and purchasers alike. He made the whole process absolutely pain free. Richard communicated everything in clear and precise ways, either by phone calls or emails, and did not do anything without my approval. He was extremely honest and transparent with all our dealings, which was so refreshing to find in this industry. I would definitely use Richard again with any real estate dealings I will have in the future, and I can highly recommend him to anyone looking to find an agent (and I have).

Richard was invited to appraise our home after a cold call. At the time we were convinced to go through another agent On completion of Richard's appraisal and after taking in his suggestions and recommendations we decided that Richard was the man for us. His quiet yet positive nature made him very easy to talk to and we believed prospective buyers would feel the same.
