Karl was professional and knowledgable and I'd highly recommend him and Remax First. Karl is direct and honest - he doesn't play games or leave you guessing/wondering, which we loved. He isn't pushy and was a great support person and guide for my husband and I when selling our first home. His communication throughout the process of us selling our home was great and he was very kind and generous in giving us advice relating to the purchase of land which we were making through another real estate agent at the time. Karl worked hard to negotiate a fair deal that met the owners requirements but was also a fair deal for us (the buyers). He wasn't pushy and didn't play games which I really appreciated. We first came in contact with remax when we went to an open home and met Michael. We then had a follow up from Karl which we were impressed with. Within two weeks we had our house on the market with remax due to their professionalism and knowledge in the area. Karl was very professional and always provided feedback straight after an open home which we appreciated. He had open communication with us so we always felt in the loop. Michael ended up being the agent to present us with an offer and he negotiated with the buyer to a price we were extremely happy with.
