Good communication throughout the buying process
Richard was professional and helpful and had good communication throughout the buying process. He had good knowledge of the property and organised meetings with the sellers who he also seemed to have a good relationship with. I would happily recommend Richard if I was selling my property or if we were looking for a new property

Totally professional on all levels
Richard is way above and beyond any memory I had of a real estate agent. It was delightful dealing with him in the sale of my home. His presentation is totally professional on all levels. His knowledge of " what's happening" in the real estate world is nothing short of amazing. You can ask Richard anything. My time with Richard was relatively short, as he sold my home in the first Open House for a lovely price. It is a pleasure knowing Richard, and I highly recommend him to all my friends.

Amazing agent from start to finish
Wes was an amazing agent from start to finish. First open home he wasn’t like the other agents we have come across, he was welcoming, open, honest, and just happy to be there and answer all our questions. During the buying process he was always quick with his responses, helpful and accommodating. Settlement, Wes went above and gifted us not just the standard wine bottle but a thoughtful gift as well. One of a few reviews I've ever written
This is one of a few reviews I've ever written where the person/service exceeded our expectations. We were interstate sellers and felt completely confident in Richard's hands. The sale of the property was flawless; communication was excellent and best of all Richard achieved a great price for us. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.
