Honest, Genuine and Knowledgable
From the first time we met Chris we were impressed by how honest, genuine and knowledgable he was. We followed his advice on how to present our property to give it the best chance of selling, and he even dug in and helped at times. The house sold quickly after receiving multiple offers. Chris consistently kept us updated and went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. We would highly recommend him for his professionalism and outstanding effort. He was an absolute pleasure to work with

Honest, Hard Working, Friendly
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris as your agent. We found him honest, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and 'real'. It felt like we were working with a genuinely good person! To top it off, in a difficult market, with his guidance we were able to negotiate a price that we were happy to accept ... and then, after we closed the sale, he came back to help us lift some heavy furniture!

Richard was very professional and worked very hard to sell my property, two contracts fell over but Richard worked hard to get a knew contract and got a good price for the property. I would recommend him to sell your property.
