Professional and Honest

Not your standard realtor!!!
When we found our dream block, selling wasn’t even on the radar. So when you need to move mountains who do you call? Someone who knows and loves the area Someone who knows the street Someone who know the market Someone who has the contacts Someone who is professional Someone who gets it done That someone is Tristan !!! Got the ball rolling within hours, yes he came over that afternoon. Was honest and listened to what we needed and how impossible our end game was. He and his team sealed a deal within our ridiculous time frame( days not months ). A little advise for market presentation at a small cost and we smashed our reserve price. Our family couldn’t be happier, if your going to sell or buy in Nambour , there’s only one place to go. Tristan and his team.

Most likely the best realtor in the Sunshine Coast
I must say that Tristan Brown impressed me and that doesn’t happen a lot. I was very impressed with Tristan’s approach to make the whole selling experience easy but more importantly his can do attitude, willingness to assist and his given advice made all the difference. Tristan is astutely aware of what is required and what isn’t, which made a big difference in advertising, home preparation cost and effort needed on my part, unmatched by his competition. Tristan demonstrated impeccable judgement in every aspect relating to selling our property. I can’t recommend Tristan highly enough and I hope he has the bandwidth, should the time arise to sell your property.
