Easy to work with, very accessible
Richard has tons of experience, and was really easy to work with, very accessible. Never any pressure but always ready with advise. Selling a house built in 1960 and in need of serious work to get to be market-ready, Richard was a handy person to have on side. He was also a great communicator and in the end the sale would through smoothly thanks to his team which included a great conveyancer he recommended.

Professional and friendly

Richard exceeded our expectations as sellers
Due to a prior experience, our family was somewhat cautious when engaging an agent to sell our Coes Creek property. We were looking for someone honest and fair and someone who would have our best interests at heart. Richard was all of this and more. Richard is patient, calm and genuinely helpful
