I have recently purchased my second property through Claudio and the experience has been truly exceptional from start to finish. He is incredibly helpful, consistently quick to respond and constantly goes above and beyond. What really stands out is the way he advocated for me during the body corporate pet approval process. This is something that is often stressful and slow, yet Claudio handled it with professionalism, persistence and genuine care. He made the entire process feel seamless and supported. It is honestly chalk and cheese compared to when I bought my first home, which was a truly awful experience. I only wish Claudio had been the one selling that property too because it would have been a completely different journey. I am already certain that I will be looking to buy with Claudio again. After the last sale of our home several years ago interstate we were very put off by realestate agents in general! It was a painful never ending chore that we dreaded to do again. Sooo… long story short! Our faith has been restored!! What an AMAZING experience. We had several appraisals to find the right agent for us and we could not be happier with Nicole and Carly they were amazing from the start.. They communicated every thing we needed to know, but did not bother us with the annoying little things, although I’m sure they would have if we wanted them too :) The whole process was so stress free and straight forward that it still doesn’t feel like the house has actually SOLD And by SOLD I mean FAST!! I met Susan about ten years ago and we asked her to sell two properties for us in Yorkeys Knob, knowing her familiarity with the area and therefore the market.
