Nicole and her team were one of the few agents who promptly replied to our enquiries and facilitated house inspections to fit around our tight schedule. Once decided on a property of interest she was able to establish excellent communication with the seller to arrange a purchase price that satisfied both parties. During settlement and post settlement Nicole and her team were always available and provided extra information in regards to the property and the local area. If we were to ever sell the property, we would get Nicole to do it for us.
