He follows through from inception to conclusion whether it be listing information, photos and appointments with clients. His attention to detail and knowledge of the area is invaluable. He achieved within 9 days a cash contract with the amount we were seeking on our home which other agents said was not possible. My house had been on the market with L .J.Hooker during the 4 plus months I had one inspection and not one other enquirer i,it was clear to me the agent had me on the books but put no effort into selling the property.I waited about 8 months and when my time was right I gave it to Ben Williams who had visited me several times and I was impressed by his approach.We signed up with him on the Thursday and had an open house that same Saturday.He had 11 inspections and four offers and we sold that same day with an offer we were looking for.From this point on he kept us informed every step of the way,a very professional approach and works hard to sell his properties.I would have no hesitation of using him again and can highly recommend him.
