I did a research on who had sold the most units in Carrara. It came up with Greg Parker. I made contact with Greg and found him easy to talk to and his knowledge of there area was just outstanding. My property was on the market 15th of May 2019 and sold in a matter of only a few weeks with the price that l was looking for. I gave Greg a deadline as it had to be settled by the end of June 2019 and yes it was within 3 days to the end of June.

Both Linda and I where impressed with Greg's professionalism from the start. We had 6 agents around when we first started our reno. We were able to discount three from the get go but of the remaining three Greg kept in touch on a regular basis and seemed to believe in our property the most. Once he had the listing he always acted professionally and kept us updated with progress reports and inspections. We would use Greg again in the future if the opportunity arose. Note: Greg liked our property so much he bought it from us
