I have personally dealt with Greg for my previous 2 house sales and 1 purchase. I can easily say id use him again and i have now seen from both a sellers point and buyers point. I have never met an agent like Charl, he goes above the standard to provide an excellent service. Sometimes this is hard to see until you experience this with a different real estate agent and can see all the extra work that Charl puts in to. Selling a house is a very stressfull process and Charl was always open with communication and quick to respond. I would recommend Charl and use him again.
