Rang Chris on a Saturday to see if he could sell my house, came over on the Sunday to discuss options, i signed a agreement with him that day two weeks later house had a 30 day contract and settles early April , Chris is easy to deal with and is always available to discuss anything to do with real Estate.

Taya was so professional and helped us so much with the marketing (which was spot on) and the sale. On the first day of being on the market Taya had the first buyer (eventual buyer) do an inspection. We had 3 contracts within 2 days and another very interest party. She was even able to overcome the considerable barriers put in place by the Queensland Public Trustee.
