If you are selling and want an agent that potential buyers will want to negotiate with - go no further. The no fuss, up front and honest approach Daryn possesses is totally refreshing. No games, just the ability to give the facts and give no sugar coatings. Most of our dealings were over the phone as we were coming fro interstate. Not only did Daryn sell the property, but he also gave great help with the 'after sale affairs' that need to be attended to with conveyances, inspections and references for other services. Not only a credit to not only the company he works for, but also a role model for the industry in QLD. Some of the agents we had previously dealt with we had to do all the chasing....I would certainly like Daryn selling our house in the future. Important to note whilst Daryn was on leave, Darren also responded promptly to any requests we had. Teamwork gets results!
