I bought a property through Darren Lewis between Dec15-Jan16. A casual inspection turned into a honest discussion of what was available in the market and inspection of similar ones. This happened during my short stay in Gold Coast. His availability was exceptional. He could be contactable 7 days a week and responded every request or query that I had. He gave me time to think and maintained dialogue through out the negotiation and purchasing process. As one could imagine, there was not much time to reach an agreement before the Christmas and New Year break. Reflecting on all my inspection experiences in Varsity Lakes, Darren was by far the most approachable engaging one. He certainly took me through a very nice buying experience.
