We had decided to sell & move as close as we could to our children's school & to find a house that was bigger than our first one to accommodate our fast-growing family. We had outgrown our 1st house shortly after our Daughter & 2nd child was born. After looking around the market for some weeks, we found a lovely house that would be most suitable & priced right, with the added bonus that it was very close to both our children's school.
